The space

Apartment furnished, equipped and decorated by designers to offer you an incomparable experience. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) and living area with sofa bed and 70″ screen will create the perfect atmosphere to spend the time together. Master bedroom with full bathroom, as well as a desk, office chair and internet at 200mb. Secondary room with two single beds. Full bathroom in the common area of the apartment. Each room has blackout curtains and air conditioning for greater rest, as well as having a balcony that will take your breath away since you will find yourself on the floor 19.

Guest access

Access to the condominium is controlled by the security personnel, so it’s necessary to register all guests in advance with their name and age. Our team will came up with you to the front desk and complete the booking. They will be given a special bracelet, which must be worn throughout the stay. An ID of the responsible for the reservation is required for registration.

You will be able to enter the apartment through smart code locks, and if you go by car, you will have private, covered and secure parking.
All routes and areas of the condominium have ramps and elevators for your comfort.

Within the department, all areas will be yours alone. Outside of it, you will find corridors, elevators and gardens, which you will share the spaces with the neighbors, so we ask you to be respectful and friendly.

Access to more than 6 people (4 adults and 2 childs) is not allowed to the apartment and parties or meetings are not allowed.

**** By condo rules, the gym and sauna are only available for stays longer than 30 days. THE POOL is available for any stay. ****

**** For stays longer than 1 week, a cleaning service will be charged where the apartment will be cleaned, but there will be no washing of towels and blankets, at a cost of $450 Mexican pesos, if you want to wash bed linen, you have a cost of $800 Mexican pesos. ****

**** Any bedding or towel that has been soiled with urine or other liquids or hard to remove stains will be charged depending on what was stained. ****
