The space

LUXEVA Latitud is a premium apartment with an interior design developed by our team, with the perfect space to accommodate up to 6 people. Serena has 1 room with a king size bed, 1 room with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room, two full bathrooms (one inside each room) and a half bathroom in the hallway. All rooms have air conditioning, in addition to having a safe and a wheelchair if required (free on request), baby crib and chair (free on request).

The apartment has a workspace with a desk, office chair and 100mb internet available throughout the apartment, so you can enjoy the two Smart TVs, one in the living room and the other in the main room.

100% equipped kitchen next to a dining room that you can enjoy during your stay, as well as a balcony overlooking the city of Guadalajara.

The apartment is equipped with waterfall showers and a laundry area with a washer and dryer, mirrors and modern decoration, which will make your time in the city a luxurious experience.

Guest access

Access to the condo is controlled by the security of the place, so it’s necessary to register all guests beforehand with their name and age. Official identification is required for all adults on the reservation for registration. If you will receive visitors, you must register in the same way at the entrance.

You will be able to enter the apartment through an intelligent code lock, and if you go by car, you will have 2 secure covered parking spaces.
All the routes and areas of the condominium have ramps and elevators for your comfort.

Inside the apartment, all areas will be yours alone. Outside, you will find various amenities, which you will share the spaces with the neighbors, so we ask you to be respectful and kind.

Access to the apartment is not allowed for more than 6 people and parties or gatherings are prohibited.

****For stays longer than 1 week, a cleaning service will be charged where the apartment will be cleaned, but there will be no washing of towels and linens, with a cost of $450 Mexican pesos, if you want to wash bed linen, you have a cost of $850 Mexican pesos.****
****Any bed linen or towel that has been soiled with urine or other liquids or stains that are difficult to remove, a charge will be made depending on what has been stained.****

Interaction with guests

We will solve any doubts and questions before, during and after your stay, so we are available and at your service for whatever you may need.
If anything unexpected happens while you are in our apartment, you will have our full support, and if necessary, we’ll go to solve it.

Other things to note

An extra cost of $199 pesos per person per night applies from 2 people onwards.
Only 1 medium or small trained pet is allowed at a cost of $899 Mexican pesos.
