Wake up with the brightest smile and enjoy the company of soothing sunlight flooding in via full-length window – the bedroom gets direct access to balcony so you can witness mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets with your partner. The minimal décor and pastel shades of bedrooms make sure that you fully enjoy your beauty sleep before starting your day. Bed sheets, crisp linens, pillows & blankets are provided for your comfortable stay.

The Bathrooms:
The apartment offers two squeaky-clean baths that are instilled with all essential toiletries. Both bathrooms are almost identical with a toilet, a smart washbasin vanity with base cabinet and a huge mirror so you always look at your best! Freshen up in standalone showers present in both baths that come with waterfall showerheads for boosting your energy levels. Fresh towels, cleaning products, toilet papers, hair dryer and hot water are available to make you feel totally at home.

The Kitchen and Dining Space:
Cook appetizing meals in this super-stylish, fully equipped kitchen that caters to your all cravings! Pristine white outlook with sleek marble countertops – the kitchen has fitted electric stove, oven, dishwasher and dual-section washing sink. From microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker to blender, toaster and kitchenware – everything is present in this perfect kitchen!
The kitchen counter looks over to dining area where a wooden dining table awaits you to set on luxury leather chairs and enjoy scrumptious dinners together. Everything in the apartment is mindfully placed by keeping your comfort in mind.

The Living Space:

Living area comes with a comfortable sofa bed, stylish console table and a 50” wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix subscription so you can watch your favorite seasons with the family. Guest access

-Guests will have access to the entire condo. Please note that Access to the condo is controlled by the security of the place, so it’s necessary to register all guests beforehand with their name and age. If you will receive visitors, you must register previously.
-You’ll be able to enter the apartment via a code lock that we’ll to you .
-The building has private, covered and secure parking for your perfect stay.
-All the routes and areas of the condominium have ramps and elevators for your comfort.
-The shared building amenities are for everyone so we request you to be respectful and kind.

Interaction with guests

We will solve any doubts and questions before, during and after your stay, so we are available and at your service for whatever you may need.
If anything unexpected happens while you are in our apartment, you will have our full support, and if necessary, we’ll go to solve it.

Other things to note

-Only 6 guests will be allowed at a time.
-An extra cost of $149 pesos per person per night applies from 2 people onwards.
-You cannot host any Gatherings/Events at the property during your stay.
-Smoking is not allowed.

****For stays longer than 1 week, a cleaning service will be charged where the apartment will be cleaned, but there will be no washing of towels and linens, with a cost of $450 Mexican pesos, if you want to wash bed linen, you have a cost of $850 Mexican pesos.****
****Any bed linen or towel that has been soiled with urine or other liquids or stains that are difficult to remove, a charge will be made depending on what has been stained.****
