The living room is perfect for relaxation as it features a Smart TV for enjoying your favorite applications. The dining area accommodates up to 5 people, providing an ideal space for sharing delicious meals. Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite dishes.

Regardless of the season, all areas of the apartment are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a cool and pleasant atmosphere. We have thought of those who need to work during their stay, so we have included a comfortable desk and an office chair. Additionally, we offer a fast 100 Mbps internet connection for seamless work or browsing the web.

Guest access

-Guests will have access to most areas of the condominium. Please note that access is controlled by the security of the place, so it is necessary to register all guests in advance with their name and age. No visitors are allowed.
-You will be able to enter the apartment through a provided lock code.
-The building has 2 private, covered, and secure parking spaces for your perfect stay.
-All roads and areas of the condominium have ramps and elevators for your convenience.
-The shared amenities of the building are for everyone, so we kindly request that you be respectful and kind.
****Access to the gym is not permitted.

Interaction with guests

We will solve any doubts and questions before, during and after your stay, so we are available and at your service for whatever you may need.
If anything unexpected happens while you are in our apartment, you will have our full support, and if necessary, we’ll go to solve it.

Other things to note

-Only 4 guests will be allowed at a time.
-An extra cost of $149 pesos per person per night applies from 2 people onwards.
-You cannot host any Gatherings/Events at the property during your stay.
-Smoking is not allowed.

****For stays longer than 1 week, a cleaning service will be charged where the apartment will be cleaned, but there will be no washing of towels and linens, with a cost of $450 Mexican pesos, if you want to wash bed linen, you have a cost of $850 Mexican pesos.****
****Any bed linen or towel that has been soiled with urine or other liquids or stains that are difficult to remove, a charge will be made depending on what has been stained.****
