Guest access

Access to the condominium is controlled by building security, so all guests must be registered in advance with their name and age. A valid ID is required for all adults included in the reservation during the check-in registration.

If you plan to receive visitors, they must also register at the building entrance.

Guests will enter the apartment using smart code locks, and if you arrive by car, you will have private, covered, and secure parking.

All common routes and areas of the condominium include ramps and elevators for your convenience.

Inside the apartment, all areas are exclusively for your use. Outside the unit, hallways, elevators, and gardens are shared with other residents, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful and considerate of neighbors.

A maximum of 6 people are allowed inside the apartment, and parties or gatherings are not permitted.

For stays longer than 1 week, a cleaning service will be scheduled for the apartment (general cleaning only; towels and linens will not be washed) at a cost of $550 MXN. If linen washing is required, the cost will be $950 MXN.

Any bed linens or towels stained with urine or other liquids, or stains that are difficult to remove, may incur an additional charge depending on the damage.

Other things to note

An additional fee of $149 MXN per person per night applies starting from the third guest onward.
