The space

Our sophisticated, fully equipped apartment has been designed to provide an exceptional hosting experience. It includes amenities such as a bottle of rosé wine, soft drinks, snacks, slippers, and additional bathroom amenities.

With air conditioning in every space, three elegant bedrooms, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests in a luxurious and comfortable environment, with no steps that limit accessibility.

Enjoy premium finishes, a 65” Smart TV in the living room, and 55” Smart TVs in both the master and secondary bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy memorable cooking moments. The condominium complements your stay with exclusive amenities, including a swimming pool perfect for relaxing and a fully equipped gym (available for stays of 7 nights or longer). The property also includes two secure, covered parking spaces.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire condominium. Please note that access to the building is controlled by security, so all guests must be registered in advance with their name and age. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

You will be able to enter the apartment using a smart lock code that will be provided to you.

The building includes two private, covered, and secure parking spaces for your stay.

All routes and areas within the condominium include ramps and elevators for your convenience.

The shared building amenities are available to all residents and guests, so we kindly ask that you be respectful and considerate of others.

Other things to note

• A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at the same time (6 adults and 2 children).

• An extra fee of $399 MXN per person per night applies starting from the third guest onward.

• Parties or gatherings are not allowed during your stay.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Gym access is only available for stays of 7 nights or longer.

• VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

• Due to condominium rules, once check-in is completed, guests cannot be added or modified. Guests will also be given a wristband that must be worn throughout the entire stay.

IMPORTANT

• Since the apartment is located on the ground floor and surrounded by vegetation, it is possible that ants or small insects may occasionally appear. We maintain regular cleaning and pest control, but we prefer to inform you in advance so you are aware.

• There is construction nearby, so at certain times of the day you may hear some noise. This does not occur throughout the entire day, but it may be noticeable during specific hours.

For stays longer than 1 week, a cleaning service will be scheduled (general cleaning only; towels and linens will not be washed) at a cost of $799 MXN. If linen washing is required, the cost will be $1199 MXN.

Any bed linens or towels stained with urine, liquids, or stains that are difficult to remove may incur an additional charge depending on the damage.
