The space

Luxeva RealLuxe is a PREMIUM apartment, designed and thought of comfort and luxury in one place, being a perfect space to accommodate up to 6 people. Each area has a custom design, from its kitchen, living room and dining room with air conditioning; The main room has 1 queen size bed, air conditioning, work area, dressing room and private full bathroom. A secondary room with a king size bed, air conditioning, work area, as well as large closets. A second full bathroom is located in the common area, ideal for visitors. In addition to a large furnished balcony, where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the city.

The apartment has a work area equipped with a desk, office chair and 100mb internet, which is available throughout the apartment which allows you to use the two smart TVs, one in the main room and the other in the living room. .

The kitchen with luxury finishes is 100% equipped along with its bar and dining room, the latter for 6 people.

Both bathrooms are equipped with waterfall showers and a laundry area with washer and dryer. A modern and personalized decoration with mirrors, to create the perfect space during your stay in the city.

Guest access

Access to the condo is controlled by the security of the place, so it’s necessary to register all guests beforehand with their name and age. Official identification is required for all adults on the reservation for registration. If you will receive visitors, you must register in the same way at the entrance.

You will be able to enter the apartment through an intelligent code lock, and if you go by car, you will have 2 secure covered parking spaces. All the routes and areas of the condo have ramps and elevators for your comfort.

Inside the apartment, all areas will be yours alone. Outside, you will find various amenities, which you will share the spaces with the neighbors, so we ask you to be respectful and kind.

Access to the apartment is not allowed for more than 6 people and parties or gatherings are prohibited.

****For stays longer than 1 week, a cleaning service will be charged where the apartment will be cleaned, but there will be no washing of towels and linens, with a cost of $350 Mexican pesos, if you want to wash bed linen, you have a cost of $700 Mexican pesos.****
****Any bed linen or towel that has been soiled with urine or other liquids or stains that are difficult to remove, a charge will be made depending on what has been stained.****

Interaction with guests

We will solve any doubts and questions before, during and after your stay, so we are available and at your service for whatever you may need.
If anything unexpected happens while you are in our apartment, you will have our full support, and if necessary, we’ll go to solve it.
