The space

ZentralLuxe is an apartment in a luxury condominium with everything you need for an exceptional stay. It includes air conditioning in all bedrooms, a corner balcony with an incredible city view, a safe, 55″ Smart TVs, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, cleaning supplies, and many other amenities.

Guest access

Access to the condominium is controlled by security, so all guests must be registered in advance with their name and age. A valid ID is required for all adults on the reservation. If you plan to receive visitors, they must be registered as guests from the beginning without exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy of 6 people.

Visitors are not allowed.

You will be able to enter the apartment using a smart code lock, and if you arrive by car, you will have private, covered, and secure parking.

All routes and areas within the condominium include ramps and elevators for your convenience.

Inside the apartment, all areas are exclusively for your use. Outside, you will find shared amenities that must be used respectfully.

A maximum of 6 people is allowed, and parties or gatherings are not permitted.

Other things to note

For stays longer than 1 week, a cleaning service will be charged (general cleaning only; towels and linens are not included) at a cost of $550 MXN. If linen washing is required, the cost is $950 MXN.

Any linens or towels stained with urine or difficult-to-remove substances may incur an additional charge depending on the damage.

An extra fee of $199 MXN per person per night applies starting from the third guest onward.

Guests will be required to wear a wristband provided by the condominium for security purposes throughout their stay.
